Drawing Rules and Notification. The prize winners will be drawn at random the last day of each month, starting on June 30th. 2008. Winners will be announced in the Ticketlatino Website at the bottom of this page. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate depending on your State law. Winners will be notified by phone, email or U.S. mail. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification. If prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person. This Drawing promotion can be terminated at any time without notification.

General Terms. No cash redemptions, substitutions, or transfer prizes allowed, except as provided herein. In case of unavailability of any prize, X-treme Energy Drink, Ticketlatino and other Sponsors reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize winner grants to Sponsors the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. As a condition of entering, entrants agree: (a) to release Sponsors, and its subsidiaries, franchisees, distributors, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers and their respective directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto, (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Register to Win, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees.
